When I was tasked with creating an ad for a luxury condo building, I had no idea how fast it was going to take off. What started off as a simple print ad became a massive rebrand including a microsite, e-blast, window signage, bus wraps, billboards, and more print ads.
The Columbian sold 90% of its units in only a year and a half after the launch of the campaign.
